Framing has started on 46 and 47 and prep work has begun on Lots 49-51. It’s fun to see the progress moving forward!
Lot 49 is available at $1,695,000.
At this time, we do not have a confirmed release date or pricing for the next homes. However, we can share that Lots 52 and 54 will feature the 1,760 SF floor plan, while Lots 53 and 55 will offer the 2,000 SF floor plan. You can view the Floorplans here.
There is no new information available yet regarding the townhomes, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as soon as details become available.

We are thrilled to announce that within 3 days of listing, 5 of the first 6 single-family homes went under contract!
The next release of Single Family homes and the release of Townhomes is likely a couple months out.

They started moving dirt on lots 46 - 51 and three properties are already under contract! Lots 46, 47 and 50 are now pending. That leaves 48, 49 and 51 from this release. Each home is 2,000 SF and priced under $825/SF.

We’re thrilled to share some updates about the first phase of The Glen!
Next week, we will be listing the first six single-family homes, ranging in size from 1,708 to 1,937 square feet and priced between $1,372,000 and $1,649,000. Each home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. These homes will be located on Lots 46–51.
Looking ahead, we’re also excited to announce the anticipated construction of the first townhomes, located on Lots 89–92. Prices will start around $900,000, and we’ll share more details in the near future.
